The Challenge

Build a completely new package around foam specific components while keeping the bottle durable, reusable, and brand right. Ground the work in real category research and manufacturing realities so the idea holds up from shelf to sink.
The Solution
Develop a custom impact extruded aluminum bottle with disciplined proportions and minimal graphics, then pair it with a refined pump so the form stays calm and legible. Use insights from category studies and visits to aluminum bottle manufacturers to tune the silhouette for volume, ergonomics, and retail presence. Prototype across fidelity levels to lock finishes, fragrances, and visual hierarchy before production.
